Job description

Position Summary:
The IT Program Manager, Marketing leads the stakeholder partnerships, technology portfolio, and deliveryof solutions in Marketing, including Brand marketing, Digital & Creative, Rewards, Player Development andEvents.
This role proactively identifies opportunities where technology can contribute to guest experience andbusiness success, collaborates to develop technology roadmaps, plans and leads initiatives, and leads ateam performing systems management, business analysis, data stewardship, and ongoing support in closecollaboration with all IT and business functions.
This role operates as the services and systems owner for related platforms and technologies includingwebsites, mobile apps, database marketing, creative operations, loyalty systems, and related guest-facingintegrations and infrastructure. Manages the relationships with related vendors.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promotingour values.
2. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, and
procedures.
3. Act as a trusted advisor to Graton leadership and teams, aligning business objectives to technologysolutions and collaborating on strategy, delivery, and support.
4. Develop and communicate roadmaps for process and system initiatives to meet stakeholder goals withconsideration to prioritization, constraints, and other strategic considerations.
5. Define, plan and lead projects including developing scope, requirements, stakeholder communications,project financials, schedules, and managing exceptions.
6. Work with project teams and vendors to deliver implementations, enhancements, upgrades, processand regression testing, change management, communication, documentation, and adoption support.
7. Champion change management, adoption and training efforts to maximize effectiveness of solutionsand processes.
8. Lead and mentor a team of analysts, engineers and administrators supporting related systems andprojects.
9. Lead solution analysis & selection initiatives.
10. Manage systems lifecycles in partnership with architecture, functional, and operations teams.
11. Oversee daily systems operation and support through ticketing systems and processes, and includinginternal and outsourced services.
12. Review systems issues to identify and communicate business impacts and lead the development ofsolutions.
13. Collaborate with Support Operations team to enable effective first-level support and clear escalationpaths, ensuring a great guest experience.
14. Manage and support Graton's relationships with vendors and implementation partners by participatingin selection, contracting, negotiations, and managing vendor performance.
15. Guide the data architecture and usage for owned systems and ensure smooth transactional data flowand quality, in partnership with analytics and architecture teams.
