You will build trusted relationships with strategic customers and internal stakeholders while supporting work that is essential to a more sustainable, reliable, and efficient energy future.

How you'll make an impact

  • Support programs for strategic utility customers across a global manufacturing network.

  • Develop strong working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.

  • Help manage program schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables in support of customer commitments and business objectives.

  • Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, commercial, supply chain, and external partners to support aligned and timely program delivery.

  • Provide clear status updates, track progress, and maintain visibility for internal teams and customers.

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and potential roadblocks, and work with teams to develop practical mitigation plans.

  • Support issue resolution and help maintain effective coordination from order entry through manufacturing, delivery, and closeout.

  • Apply contract, claim, and change management practices to support customer commitments and business goals.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.

  • Minimum 5 years of project management or program management experience.

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

  • Experience with project management and business tools such as SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel.

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for employer sponsorship.

More about us

  • Join a global technology leader advancing sustainable energy solutions and innovative transformer technologies.

  • Grow your career through continuous learning, international collaboration, and leadership development opportunities.

  • Be part of an inclusive, values-driven culture that prioritizes safety, integrity, innovation, and long-term success.
