The CAPEX Management Program Manager supports managing the company's capital expenditure portfolio by preparing detailed analysis, documentation, tracking, and reporting required for effective decision-making. This role focuses on operational rigor, financial detail, and cross-functional coordination to ensure capital plans, approvals, and execution data are accurate, timely, and leadership-ready.

The role acts as a key extension of the Director, enabling higher-quality capital governance, improved visibility, and disciplined execution.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, CAPEX, finance, operations, or analytics
  • Strong attention to detail with solid financial and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfort working with large datasets
  • Preferred:
    • MBA or Master's degree
    • Experience in manufacturing, operations, facilities, or capital-intensive environments
Due Diligence: 
  • Prepare detailed CAPEX analyses, summaries, and presentation materials for leadership and executive reviews
  • Consolidate inputs from Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain into clear, decision-ready outputs
  • Support the Director in capital planning cycles, reviews, and steering meetings
CAPEX Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintain detailed tracking of CAPEX requests, approvals, forecasts, and actual spend
  • Produce regular reports on budget vs. actuals, project status, risks, and variances
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of CAPEX data across systems and reports
  • Assist in building and validating business cases, including ROI, NPV, payback, and cost-benefit analyses
  • Work with Finance to ensure alignment between capital plans, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Support post-implementation reviews by gathering data and documenting outcomes
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between project owners, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams
  • Follow up on open actions, data gaps, and approvals to keep capital processes moving
  • Help standardize templates, documentation, and workflows across CAPEX projects
  • Support improvement of CAPEX governance processes, tools, and documentation
