Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic Technical Program Manager to oversee cross-functional delivery of cloud modernization and compliance programs. This role involves close coordination across Engineering, Security, and Product to deliver secure, scalable FinTech infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Agile execution, sprints, retrospectives, and cross-team deliverables
  • Track risks, dependencies, and blockers across parallel cloud initiatives
  • Own roadmap tracking, KPIs, program dashboards, and executive updates
  • Collaborate with FinOps, Security, and Platform teams to align milestones
  • Facilitate release planning, audit tracking, and regulatory deliverables

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years managing technical programs in Cloud/DevOps/Security domains
  • Experience with regulated cloud operations, including PCI/SOC readiness and SLAs
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana
  • Proven ability to lead programs involving platform engineering, security, and compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business leaders
  • Understanding of technical architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and governance enforcement
