IA is seeking a Program Manager who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and enjoys leading complex technology programs from concept through customer delivery. This role is ideal for a strategic problem-solver who can connect engineering, customers, and leadership to bring innovative aerospace products to life.

Responsibilities:

  •  Lead cross-functional programs involving hardware and software development.
  •  Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
  •  Partner with Engineering and Production to plan development and test schedules, track milestones, and ensure successful execution.
  •  Facilitate program reviews, align stakeholders, and remove obstacles.
  •  Identify risk and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  •  Drive completion of programs on schedule and within budget while meeting technical requirements and customer expectations. 
  •  Coordinate product builds and delivery with competing development and testing resources and activities in a matrix organization.
  •  Primary interface for customers, building trusted relationships.
  •  Drive continuous improvement by incorporating customer and team feedback.
  •  Support proposals and collaborate with leadership on strategic project decisions.
  •  Available for business travel <10%


Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in a technical or engineering-driven environment or program.
  • Thrive in fast paced entrepreneurial environment. 
  •  Ability to manage several programs and priorities simultaneously.
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers, executives, and technical teams.
  •  Demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills with diverse technical teams.
  •  Ability to commute to Exton, PA

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  •  Experience in aerospace, defense, engineering, or other regulated industry.
  •  Leadership role in engineering team environment.
  •  Point-of-contact with clients or strategic partners. 
  •  Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  •  Experience with Earned Value analysis.
