Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Technology Operations Analyst in Irving, TX, Chandler AZ, Charlotte NC or Columbus OH(Hybrid). W2

Contract Duration: 12 Months + Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • At least 2+ years' experience provisioning access (i.e. Creating Users, Deleting Users, Granting Privileges) on one or more of the following platforms: Oracle, SQL, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte or DB2.
  • Ticketing System experience (Service Now, ART, Remedy, Pac2000, or other) as well as experience working in a customer service focused environment.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Fast learner who is adaptable and flexible in the face of changing and challenging demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Will require use of personal cell phone and may participate in teams on call rotations as need.

  • MS Excel proficiency

What You Will Be Doing
  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Operations and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Operations deliverables.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Operations challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Operations deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Operations.
  • Responsible for provisioning access to end users for various LOB's within the company.
  • Work very closely with the Database Administrators and Application groups to determining the level of access people require.
  • Reside in the Security teams.
