  • Enforce maintenance windows and Hypercare support models to minimize downtime impacting operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business and operational leaders to support scalable IT infrastructure and service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, audit-log integrity, and system restoration requirements

What We Require

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
  • Equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations leadership experience may be considered
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT Operations experience with demonstrated success implementing enterprise-grade ITSM platforms
  • Strong experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and routing
  • Experience administering Windows and/or Linux server environments
  • Knowledge of SaaS lifecycle management and cloud-based collaboration tools
  • Deep understanding of HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting Zero Trust or secure enclave endpoint security models

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid Houston-based environment supporting local operations
  • ITIL 4 Foundation or Practitioner Certification required
