Technology Operations Manager Help Power Exceptional Hospitality

At Milkshake Concepts, great hospitality depends on great technology. We're looking for a Technology Operations Manager who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and supporting the technology behind our growing family of restaurants.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Support technology across multiple restaurant concepts and locations
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Toast POS, Restaurant365 (R365), Microsoft 5.6. Go to track the item. Using the code and known data.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in technology operations, IT support, or systems administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based applications
  • Working knowledge of networking and endpoint management
  • Experience with Toast, Restaurant365 (R365), or similar restaurant technology is highly preferred
  • Hospitality or multi-location business experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
