Job description

The IT Director is a senior leader who reports to the Vice President of Security & IT responsible for overseeing the organization's information technology strategy, infrastructure, operations, and teams. Primarily focused on service delivery for internal customers, the IT Director leads client services, systems administration and network infrastructure efforts and works closely with corporate security, enterprise business systems and cybersecurity teams. This individual ensures that technology investments align with business goals and that IT services are delivered securely, efficiently, and reliably. Strategic Leadership * Assist the Vice President of Security & IT in the development and execution of IT strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
* Advise on technology trends, risks, and opportunities
* Drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization
* Support development and production teams in finding and supporting process and efficiency improvements
Infrastructure & Operations * Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and end-user systems
* Implement cybersecurity requirements mandated by the Cybersecurity Manager
* Support ERP solutions maintained by the Enterprise Business Systems Manager
* Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all IT systems

* Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale IT environments, particularly in defense industrial base businesses
* US Citizenship required with ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Technical Skills * Deep understanding of cloud platforms (M365, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

* Experience with enterprise architecture, networking, and cybersecurity
