About the Role
The Corporate Department of the New York office seeks a skilled and highly qualified corporate associate with at least three years of life sciences licensing experience. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Biology or Chemistry-related fields or experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. The candidate should have excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
