We are a therapy center committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive and welcoming environment. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a positive experience for families and staff. This role is for late afternoon/evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the therapy office.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents, children, and staff.
  • Answer and manage phone calls, scheduling, and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and appointment schedules.
  • Ensure the office remains well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist therapists with administrative tasks and support.
  • Coordinate billing, payments, and insurance-related matters as needed.
  • Greet and assist families with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
