Location: Aspire outpatient therapy locations (Caro & Cass City)
Hours: Casual
Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking an Office Assistant for our rehab department. We are looking for people with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patients.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience with reception, clerical duties, or cash register preferred.
  • CPR for Healthcare Providers.
  • First Aid certification required.
  • Must have good critical thinking, problem-solving, multitasking, customer service, and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs various administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the physical therapy & Rehabilitation clinic. Primarily performs clerical and reception duties, office management, scheduling, and insurance authorizations. Functions as the key communications source and requisitions supplies, equipment, and services as directed.
