What is a technology integration manager?

Technology Integration Managers are professionals responsible for coordinating and overseeing the implementation of new technologies within an organization. They work to ensure that technology solutions are seamlessly integrated with existing systems and processes, helping to improve efficiency and productivity. Their role often involves collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to assess technology needs, plan integration projects, and provide training and support to staff. ABOUT US

The WPP l Ford Team is an integrated operating network made up of a dynamic multi‑agency ecosystem that serves Ford Motor Company and its many diverse units around the world. This operating team provides a breadth of marketing experience for Ford across Communications, Marketing, Brand and Customer Experience, A.I., Creative, Production, Media, Strategy, Analytics, Commerce & Technology and more. Operated under a central leadership team, it draws best‑in‑class talent from leading WPP agencies including VML (Brand & Customer Experience), WPP Media (Media), GTB (Precision Retail Marketing), WPP Production (Brand Design & Production), Zubi & UWG (Multicultural), and Burson (Corporate Communications/ Public Relations), among other key WPP specialists. WPP l Ford team members work in a highly integrated environment, with direct exposure across virtually every discipline of modern marketing.

This role is imbedded within VML agency as part of the WPP network. At VML, we are a beacon of innovation and growth in an ever‑evolving world. Our heritage is built upon a century of combined expertise, where creativity meets technology, and diverse perspectives ignite inspiration.

ABOUT FORD AND THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team dedicated to WPP’s critically important client, Ford Motor Company. The Manager of AI Workspace Administrator is execution‑focused, detail‑oriented Platform Administrator to act as the operational backbone of WPP Open (WPP’s AI platform) for the WPP | Ford team. As we scale our suite of custom AI Agents and workspaces across the network, this role keeps our environments secure, organized, and running seamlessly. You will own identity management, role‑based access control, first‑line support, and platform hygiene across multiple global operating companies.

Ford is in a period of rapid transformation, modernization, and evolution. This exciting challenge is about more than just marketing vehicles. It’s about lifestyle, experiences, technology and helping to build a better world, where every person is free to move and pursue their dreams. Ford is a global company founded on powerful shared ideals - valuing service to the world as much as they do to their customers. After 123 years, this iconic brand has learned to adapt and change, continuously evolving to focus on services, experiences and software, in addition to vehicles.

  • Hub Maintenance: Execute system configuration changes — adding, deleting, and modifying workspaces and integrations.

  • Data Maintenance & Cleanup: Perform routine hygiene tasks and escalation larger remediation efforts to the data team.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIESWhat you’ll bring to the table
  • Experience: 2+ years in system administration, IT operations, or technical help desk (Entra ID, Okta, Salesforce, Jira, or SaaS admin).

  • Access Control: Solid grasp of RBAC, SSO, and security and compliance fundamentals.

  • Tech Savviness: Comfort with ticketing systems, collaboration hubs, and basic API concepts.

  • Communication: Patience, empathy, and clarity supporting non‑technical creative and business users.

  • Organization: A methodical, checklist‑driven approach to documentation and audits.

Who you are
  • You’re open: You collaborate across regions and respect diverse technical contexts.

  • You’re optimistic: You treat every request as a chance to build trust and empower users.

  • You’re extraordinary: You spot systemic patterns and improve processes continually.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.

_$60,000—$140,000 USDWe believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.

WPP (VML) is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without discrimination or regard to characteristics. We are committed to fostering a culture of respect in which everyone feels they belong and has the same opportunities to progress in their careers.
