The Enterprise Platform Engineering and Operations (EPEO) Technical Product Integration Management team defines the vision, strategy, and roadmap for connecting complex, disparate systems across the enterprise. The team balances user needs, technical feasibility, and business outcomes to deliver seamless, high-value integrations that enable platform transformation at scale.

The team collaborates closely with business users, EPEO leadership, service teams, vendors, and suppliers worldwide to deliver operational integration and measurable customer value.

EPEO Integration plays a critical role in Platform Transformation, supporting approximately 2,000 team members across platforms including:

  • Redhat Open shift virtualization Platform (OSV)
  • Containers as a Service (CaaS)
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • High Performance Computing (HPC)
  • Networking & Security Platforms
  • Developer & Employee Experience
  • The team also provides Product Management leadership for key infrastructure initiatives such as:
    • Red Hat OSV Migration
    • Manufacturing CaaS
    • Threat Detection & Response Platform
    • China Data Center Optimization
    • Azure B2C

Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a required four-day onsite presence each week 

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. 
  • 12+ years of progressive experience across multiple disciplines, such as:
    • Release Train Engineer
    • Product Manager
    • Technical Product Manager
  • 3+ years of experience managing products or projects
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner for large-scale initiatives. Duties may include:
    • Strong Agile delivery experience in a software or platform environment
    • Experience coordinating multiple teams in a complex technology environment Infrastructure product management experience, including:
      • CI/ CD tools such as Chef Automate, Habitat, and Jenkins.
      • Platform Engineering
  • 2+ years of hands-on Jira Platform

The EPEO Technical Product Integration Management is a senior delivery and product leader responsible for driving EPEO OKRs, owning value streams, and ensuring successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. In addition to supervisor responsibilities, this role provides end-to-end accountability across planning, roadmap delivery, PI execution, and value realization.

This role is ideal for a highly driven, proactive leader who thrives in complex environments, removes barriers, has expertise with outcome driven ways of working and consistently delivers results through collaboration, clarity, and execution excellence.

Strategy, OKRs & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead delivery of EPEO OKRs aligned to EPEO strategy, including:
    • Product roadmaps
    • OKR scope definition
    • Definition of Done and success metrics
  • Own value streams and projects supporting EPEO Portfolio Operations
  • Ensure accountability across:
  • Customer value roadmaps
  • PI Planning
  • Demand planning
  • Status reporting and execution tracking
  • Resolve impediments, manage risk, and assure value delivery in large, cross-functional environments

Product & Platform Execution

  • Collaborate with platform teams to prioritize features for upcoming PI Planning cycles
  • Own customer value aspects of the roadmap, ensuring alignment with portfolio vision
  • Interface with external teams, lead requirements gathering, and partner with technical leads
  • Support Service-to-Platform Transformation initiatives, including leadership training and product coaching
  • Outcome driven ways of working

Planning, Dependencies & Flow

  • Facilitate PI Planning and communicate delivery status
  • Understand, visualize, and manage upstream and downstream dependencies using:
  • Jira dashboards
  • Confluence
  • Jira Strategic tools
  • Improve team throughput by identifying opportunities for:

  • Flow optimization

Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement

  • Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders and customers throughout feature definition and delivery

  • Engage in demand planning and customer research
  • Drive continuous improvement using delivery and quality metrics (e.g., delivery rate, quality, predictability)
