You'll be the person clients count on when they're launching or upgrading their point-of-sale system. That means configuring, training, troubleshooting, and building relationships โ€” all the things that make a real difference for a busy restaurant, bar or hotel operation.

What You'll Do
  • Configure, test, and document POS systems and software, including advanced network settings and third-party integrations
  • Manage your installation projects from start to finish, keeping things on scope and clients happy
  • Train clients on POS functionality in a way that actually sticks
  • Analyze client needs by collaborating with Sales and your Implementation Manager
  • Deliver a consistently excellent client experience โ€” every time
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in the hospitality industry โ€” this is your biggest advantage
  • Working knowledge of SkyTab or similar POS platforms
  • Comfort with technology and a knack for explaining it to others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills โ€” written, verbal, and listening
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, including overnight stays
