Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution:
• Lead the end-to-end transition from Taleo to ORC, ensuring all functional and
technical aspects align with business goals.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones while proactively managing
risks and dependencies.
• Drive Position Management evaluation, guiding decision-making around job-
based vs. position-based structure with a focus on workforce planning, ERP
integration, and finance forecasting.
• Ensure seamless data migration with minimal risk and business disruption.
• Develop and implement an ORC governance model for long-term support and
scalability.
 
Stakeholder & Change Management:
• Engage with HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance teams to gather requirements and
drive alignment across the organization.
• Manage relationships with vendors, third-party consultants, and internal teams
to coordinate technical implementations and system integrations.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring user adoption through training,
stakeholder engagement, and proactive issue resolution.
• Communicate project updates effectively to executives and business leaders,
highlighting risks, mitigation strategies, and value realization.
 
Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution:
• Identify and proactively address potential system inefficiencies, integration gaps,
and data migration risks before they become critical issues.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success and
ongoing ORC system utilization.
• Ensure global recruiting compliance by integrating best practices into the ORC
implementation.
 
Optimization & Future-State Planning:
• Maximize Oracle Recruiting Cloud capabilities, ensuring the organization
leverages the full potential of the system.
• Define and implement an Integrated Workforce Planning strategy, aligning
Position Management with broader HR and business objectives.
• Oversee post-go-live governance and ongoing system support, ensuring
sustainability and continuous improvement.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8+ years of Project Management experience, with a proven track record of
delivering large-scale HR technology implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Taleo, HCM Cloud, and ADP
Payroll integration projects is highly preferred.
• Experience with Oracle’s Workforce Planning, ERP integration, and Finance
Forecasting.
• Experience with Oracle Position Management is highly preferred.
• Strong grasp of data migration methodologies and risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with the
ability to influence executive leadership and drive user adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive risk management
mindset.
• PMI-PMP, or Agile certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work remote or travel onsite (as needed)
