Responsibilities:
• Provide operation support for Bizlink File Transfer services.
• Manage incoming/outgoing file transfer services using Bizlink Product.
• Work independently and communicate effectively with the team.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of IT experience primarily in Production Support
• Experience with Bizlink Product and equivalent Product for Incoming/outgoing File transfer services
• Banking domain/Payments experience
• Good communication skill and ability to work independently
Preferred:
• Banking domain/Payments experience will preferred
