Job description

Eskridge Lexus has an opening for a Lexus Technology Specialist.

The Vehicle Technology Specialist is responsible for helping the customers understand how to use the technological features of their vehicle, answering and resolving any customer questions, and serving as the technology consultant to all fellow associates at the dealership. 

 Job Responsibilities

  • Interact with the customer after the sale to explain all the vehicle's features. 
  • Establish a relationship with the customer and offer technology services availability.
  • Resolves customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues. 
  • Troubleshoots vehicle technology features and vehicle system features.
  • Research and stay abreast of new technology features coming out. 
  • Deliver an exceptional Lexus experience in all customer interactions.

 We Offer

  • Job Type:  Full-time employment
  • Hours: Monday thru Friday:  Flexible hours 9:00 a.m.- 7:30 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
  • Pay: $17.00 an hour plus additonal Bonus
