Job Duties

Strategic Direction & Technology Leadership

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive technology strategy to support e-commerce growth and broader business goals.
  • Establish and guide long-term system and app development roadmaps, focusing on scalable architecture and next-generation solutions.
  • Drive technology alignment with business objectives, optimizing operational efficiencies and customer experience across digital channels.
  • Review IT investments and costs to ensure appropriateness, leading to efficient IT operations management.
  • Research emerging technology trends, identify potential partners, and lead efforts to strengthen the company's overall IT capabilities.

ERP & SAP System Implementation

  • Lead large-scale project management and act as Project Manager (PM) for SAP ERP systems, middleware, front-end and back-office system management, POS, web expenses, etc.
  • Lead ERP/SAP system implementation and integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business processes and scalability (including master data and access control).
  • Design, develop, and manage the improvement of an efficient ERP framework to support system operations, data management, and workflow automation (operations and development are outsourced).
  • Oversee ongoing system configuration, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance.

E-commerce Platform & Product Development

  • Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of e-commerce platforms to improve functionality, scalability, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user-centric solutions, integrating UX/UI best practices and enhancing the digital product portfolio.
  • Monitor emerging trends in e-commerce, mobile applications, and related technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

System & Application Management

  • Direct and oversee system architecture and product development, establishing best practices for software development, data security, and infrastructure management.
  • Manage and mentor the technology team, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages innovation, skill development, and accountability.
  • Design and implement strategies for system integration, seamless user experience, and process optimization.

Global Infrastructure & Growth Initiatives

  • Drive global technology initiatives and set up a scalable system infrastructure that supports international expansion.
  • Lead the selection and integration of enterprise-level systems, including ERP and CRM platforms, to support business growth.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of security and compliance frameworks for international markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; certifications in ERP, SAP, or related areas preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology management, including a strong background in leading and managing large-scale e-commerce and ERP/SAP systems projects.
  • Proven track record in overseeing technology roadmaps, system integration, and e-commerce platform growth.
  • Proficiency in ERP/SAP system setup, configuration, and maintenance, with experience in supporting enterprise-level digital transformations.
