We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team to support our growing business, and we're seeking to add a new Recruiter with a focus on Technical Recruitment, to collaborate closely with the business in identifying best-in-class talent.
What you'll do:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in implementing innovative research and sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines for technical positions within our Global Support Center. You will engage in all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring that positions are filled with highly qualified and diverse candidates.
This position sits within our Atlanta-based Global Support Center, with the expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles within the Global Support Center, from job requisition creation to job offer.
  • Employ proactive sourcing methods to attract a diverse slate of qualified candidates, utilizing innovative approaches to reach both passive and active talent.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Prioritize delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring that candidates feel valued throughout the recruitment process.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience as a talent acquisition consultant within a corporate environment, specializing in technical positions.
  • Proven experience recruiting for tech stacks such as Tableau, R Python, Azure, AWS, Hadoop, Hive, Scala, Spark, REST, Java, Snowflake, and SQL.
  • Ability to source niche skill sets in areas like Big Data, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, Business Analytics, Project Management, and DevOps.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and utilizing social networking sites for candidate sourcing.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of tailoring sourcing strategies to match the leadership level of candidates.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
  • Execute the corporate recruitment lifecycle, with a primary focus on professional-level positions within the Global Support Center.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop interview strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive candidate sourcing strategies for each open position.
  • Establish and nurture a diverse sourcing network, including individuals, online advertisers, alumni networks, professional organizations, and local communities.
  • Deliver high-quality candidates while building credibility as an effective and responsive internal partner across all areas of the business.
