About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Technical Resource/Technical Analyst to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in QSR, CrunchTime BOH along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Analyst / Technical Resource with strong experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Back of House (BOH) systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with the CrunchTime platform and should be capable of supporting implementations, integrations, system configurations, and operational support activities within restaurant environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and analysis for BOH systems and restaurant operations platforms.
  • Work on implementation, configuration, and support of CrunchTime solutions.
  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Support data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities.
  • Coordinate with business, operations, and technical teams during implementations and upgrades.
  • Assist in system integrations, reporting, and data management activities.
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and production validation.
  • Maintain technical documentation and process flows.
  • Support restaurant operations related to inventory, labor, food costing, and procurement systems.

Required Skills:

  • Mandatory hands-on experience with CrunchTime BOH platform.
  • Strong understanding of QSR / restaurant Back of House operations.
  • Experience in technical analysis, system support, and implementation activities.
