We work closely with product managers, engineers, and the user experience team in an Agile development environment to produce online help, guides, videos, and in-app assistance for administrators, users, and developers.What We’re Looking for: You’re a problem solver with excellent people skills who knows what your customers need. You have proven experience writing easy-to-read help, UI text, and guides, and creating videos, tutorials, and other user assistance for enterprise business applications.
