Job description

NetSuite Systems Manager (Supply Chain / Manufacturing) | Los Angeles | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Location: Downtown Los Angeles (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Stable10 has partnered exclusively with a global DTC eCommerce brand is looking to hire an experienced NetSuite Systems Lead to take ownership of the operational architecture supporting its growing international business.

NetSuite sits at the centre of a major business transformation spanning eCommerce, wholesale, multiple subsidiaries, and five regional distribution center's. This is a hands-on functional leadership role with the opportunity to shape how products are purchased, received, moved, allocated, and fulfilled across the organization.

Working closely with stakeholders across supply chain, technology, finance, logistics, and operations, you will define scalable processes and ensure the NetSuite solution supports both the physical movement of inventory and the associated financial requirements.

This is not a traditional NetSuite Administrator or project management position. The successful candidate will become the internal authority for NetSuite supply chain operations, owning important design decisions and providing clear direction to internal teams and external implementation partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the design and optimization of supply chain processes within NetSuite.
  • Map current-state operations and define scalable future-state processes.
  • Lead the NetSuite design for procurement, inbound inventory, order management, allocation, fulfilment, and inventory transfers.
  • Define how eCommerce and wholesale orders are prioritized, allocated, and fulfilled across multiple locations.
  • Support inventory movement between distribution centres, regions, locations, and subsidiaries.
  • Design processes for cross-docking, stock status, inventory availability, and intercompany movements.
  • Shape how demand signals translate into purchasing, inbound planning, receiving, and inventory availability.
  • Ensure operational processes and NetSuite’s financial architecture remain aligned.
  • Review proposed solutions, challenge assumptions, and determine when standard NetSuite functionality or a more technical solution is appropriate.
  • Partner with internal technology, finance, integrations, and business systems teams.
  • Work closely with third-party implementation and integration partners throughout the NetSuite programme.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable system solutions.
  • Configure and optimize workflows, records, saved searches, dashboards, reports, roles, and permissions.
  • Support integrations with WMS, OMS, 3PL, eCommerce, EDI, shipping, and logistics platforms.
  • Lead and support UAT, process documentation, training, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Investigate issues across process, configuration, data, and integration dependencies.
  • Maintain data integrity across item records, vendors, purchase orders, locations, and inventory transactions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite in a senior functional, business systems, solution architecture, or supply chain systems role.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, Fulfilment, and Demand Planning.
  • Proven experience designing supply chain processes during a NetSuite implementation or major transformation.
  • Strong practical understanding of procurement, inbound logistics, inventory control, distribution, allocation, and order fulfilment.
  • Experience supporting multi-location, multi-subsidiary, or multi-channel operations.
  • Background within apparel, retail, eCommerce, consumer goods, distribution, or manufacturing.
  • Experience integrating NetSuite with WMS, OMS, 3PL, eCommerce, EDI, or logistics platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, workflows, records, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Ability to evaluate operational trade-offs and make clear, scalable system design decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence senior business leaders.
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, process mapping, requirements gathering, testing, training, and adoption.
  • Ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities and requirements continue to evolve.
  • NetSuite certification is advantageous but not essential.
  • SuiteScript knowledge is beneficial but is not required.

What’s on Offer:

  • The opportunity to become the internal owner of NetSuite supply chain operations for an internationally recognized apparel brand.
  • A highly visible role working across technology, finance, logistics, operations, and senior leadership.
  • The authority to influence important operational decisions while the NetSuite programme is still being shaped.
  • Exposure to a complex global environment spanning multiple subsidiaries, fulfilment channels, and regional distribution centres.
  • Close collaboration with an established NetSuite technology team and experienced implementation partners.
  • The opportunity to build long-term internal capability rather than simply maintain an inherited system.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • A close-knit, entrepreneurial culture with significant investment in technology and operational growth.

If you are an experienced NetSuite functional leader who understands supply chain in practical terms and wants to take ownership of a business-critical transformation, we would love to hear from you.
