IT - Clemson University - PeopleSoft Technical Support Engineer - Consultant Job Title: PeopleSoft Systems Administrator Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract (C2C / W2) Duration: Long Term Contract Experience Required: 7+ Years Project Scope: We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Systems Administrator to provide support for a highly complex PeopleSoft Human Resource Management System, including related web applications and reporting environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, environment management, and integration support across platforms such as Oracle UNIX, Windows, and Oracle Infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: System Design, Troubleshooting & Administration Maintain, monitor, and support PeopleSoft components including WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and Application Messaging.

Support PeopleSoft environments running on Oracle UNIX, Windows, and Oracle Infrastructure. Apply Tax Updates using PUM and Change Assistant. Install and configure PeopleTools components, including: Integration Broker Interaction Hub Secure Enterprise Search (SES) PeopleSoft Test Framework Configure Integration Broker Gateway, Services, Service Operations, Queues, Routings, and Application Messaging for integrations.

Install new PeopleSoft environments and refresh non-production environments. Technical Support Manage security administration for HR systems and applications. Provide support according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Monitor system performance and services across all PeopleSoft environments. Troubleshoot development and production application issues across multiple platforms. Assist with debugging and tuning batch processing cycles.

Maintain and administer Linux and Windows batch server environments.
