Salary: $110,000 - 155,000 + Bonus

Job Overview: The Oracle Fusion Integrations Engineer will own and evolve our Oracle Fusion integration landscape. This role will serve as the technical lead for all Oracle Fusion integrations, ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of existing solutions while architecting integrations for future business growth and acquisitions. The ideal candidate has deep experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle Supply Chain applications, with a proven track record leading integrations from implementation through ongoing support and optimization.

Responsibilities of the Oracle Fusion Integrations Engineer:

  • Serve as the primary owner for all Oracle Fusion integrations across the enterprise.
  • Monitor, support, and continuously improve existing Oracle integrations and interfaces.
  • Provide technical oversight, governance, and health monitoring of the integration environment.
  • Identify process improvements and resolve integration performance or stability issues.
  • Lead integration architecture, design reviews, and development efforts for new Oracle Fusion initiatives and acquired business integrations.
  • Define integration standards, best practices, and future-state architecture.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to develop Oracle Fusion integration roadmaps and strategy.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Mentor team members and coordinate with implementation partners and vendors when required.
Preferred Experience of the Oracle Fusion Integrations Engineer:
  • 4+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Experience supporting Oracle Cloud applications, particularly Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions
  • Experience with Oracle implementations, migrations, or large-scale integration projects
  • Full SDLC experience, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, support, and monitoring
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration best practices

Bonus Experience of the Oracle Fusion Integrations Engineer:

  • Oracle Fusion, OIC, or OCI certifications
  • Experience with Oracle SCM, OTM, WMS, CPQ, OCC, FDI, EPM, or Finance modules
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices
  • Change management and organizational transformation experience
  • Exposure to Salesforce or Workday integrations
