Job Summary:
AA2IT is a company seeking a Desktop Support Technician based in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring operational stability for customers through travel and on-site assistance.
Responsibilities:
• Work as a floating technician in the local metro to help with coverage during time off, leave of absences, backfilling onsite technician, special projects, and any additional coverage needs to ensure operational stability for our customer.
• Coverage includes sites outside of the metro so associates must be willing to travel out of state multiple days/weeks.
• Repair, test, image and clean PC's, laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware.
• Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals.
• Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware.
• Experience with asset management.
• Install, move, add, and change.
• Large IMAC events expected for client printer migration and PC refreshes.
• Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention.
• Comfortable with face to face interactions as will be required to provide technical support to end users in-person at the customers site.
• Back up and burn end user data.
• Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes.
• Assist other coworkers in resolution of end users' technical issues across the program and providing assistance with mentoring new employees.
• Assist Site Leader in the execution of established processes and escalations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Experience working in enterprise environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Travel mandatory Deskside role troubleshooting of hardware and software images
• PC Refreshes tasks
• Experience a minimum of 12 months
