EASTERN TITLE DIVISION
Job Description:
The Agency Support Trainer is responsible for providing effective software training to support title agents and internal teams in utilizing the title and closing software platform. This role supports the onboarding process with training, enabling users to efficiently use features and functionality; streamlining workflows. This role blends training and support and requires an understanding of the real estate industry, its processes, and technical knowledge of software platforms. While not directly responsible for technical support of the platform, this role includes the responsibility to communicate with technical teams the business needs.
*This position is located in office and can be based out of any of our South Florida locations.
Daily Responsibilities may include:
  • Deliver engaging, software-focused training sessions during and after onboarding efforts to support software adoption.
  • Supports users by providing knowledge of software functionality that increases efficiency within workflows.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on software platform and with confidence lead training sessions across varying levels of users.
  • Proficiency with facilitating effective and engaging virtual training sessions utilizing webinar platforms.
  • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the evolving software platform.
  • Evaluate workflow processes to determine recommendations for enhancements to software platforms.
  • Dependable, reliable and punctual attendance is required, which may include in-office attendance or attendance at company, industry or other events that occur outside regular business hours.
  • Ability to travel in-state and out of state, overnight and extended travel.

Experience Required:
  • Three years of participation in real estate closings (i.e., processing, searching title, utilizing closing software to produce closing documents, commitments, policies, etc..).
  • Three years using real estate and settlement industry related software applications required. Experience with Qualia, RamQuest, ResWare preferred.
  • Two years of education and training experience, which may include public speaking, leading real estate closings, directing group meetings, peer mentoring or any combination of such activities required.

Knowledge and Skills Required to be successful:
  • Experience in the real estate industry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to various audiences.
  • Advanced computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, closing software platforms and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment while successfully performing under extreme time constraints and meets prescribed deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects.

Education:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies preferred.
  • Real Estate Paralegal Certification preferred
  • Title agent license from the Florida Department of Financial Services
