Are you detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a long-term career in the title insurance industry? Old Republic National Title Insurance Company is seeking a Claims Administrative Assistant to support our Claims team through a variety of administrative and claims-related functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in claims administration, work alongside experienced claims professionals, and develop the skills needed for future growth within the organization.
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)
Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply, but bilingualism is not required.
Processing letters of indemnification for claims files
Contacting title agents, claimants, and Old Republic offices to obtain policies and supporting documentation
Entering and verifying claims data within the FileNet claims system
Handling incoming calls from internal and external customers, including claims hotline inquiries
Assisting with departmental communications, meetings, and problem-solving initiatives
Maintaining knowledge of company procedures, policies, and industry developments
Providing general administrative and receptionist support as needed
Knowledge of the title insurance industry
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional customer service and interpersonal skills
