Job description

Our client, a Top Fortune Tech Company is looking to hire a Data Center Tech/ Technical Support Technician in New Carlisle, IN (Onsite)
Pay Rate Range: $20/h - $25/h on W2, Depending on Experience

Contract (6 Months + Possible extension)

 Daily schedule  Needs to be able to work days/nights/weekends as needed โ€“ site moving to 24/7 operations, need to be open to all shifts
(Sun-Wed (10hrs a day) or Wed-Sat (10hrs a day)))
Job Description:
  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
  • May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
  • Data Center experience or cabling Experience is a real plus
