  • Maintain continuous situational awareness across one or more mission scenarios involving client‑specific technologies operating within test, training, or operational environments.
  • Validate, document, and manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring requirements remain achievable, measurable, and aligned with mission objectives.
  • Support integration testing, operational validation, and verification activities to ensure technical solutions satisfy mission requirements and are properly integrated with existing systems and architectures.
  • Coordinate configuration management activities, including the assessment, approval, implementation, documentation, and tracking of technical solution changes.
  • Ensure all stakeholders remain informed of configuration changes, impacts, dependencies, and implementation schedules.
Management and Process Improvement
  • Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate technical, operational, and programmatic risks associated with mission capabilities and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies that improve mission effectiveness and program performance.
  • Capture, document, and disseminate lessons learned, best practices, and operational insights to support continuous process improvement and future mission planning efforts.
  • Collaborate with client leadership to develop and refine processes, workflows, and governance mechanisms aligned with strategic objectives and mission priorities.
Program Execution and Reporting
  • Support the preparation and execution of milestone reviews, readiness assessments, decision briefings, and program reviews.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver clear, concise, and actionable reports, presentations, and executive‑level briefings regarding program status, risks, accomplishments, and future activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of requirements, changes, decisions, and stakeholder actions to ensure traceability and accountability.
  • Facilitate documentation reviews and coordination efforts to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and stakeholder concurrence.
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasking as required within the scope of this position.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting complex mission, operational, intelligence, defense, or national security environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups, including government personnel, technical teams, mission operators, and executive leadership.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, technical solution deployment, operational requirements management, and mission execution processes.
