What is a technical solution manager?

A Technical Solution Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of technical solutions to meet the needs of clients or organizations. They act as a bridge between the technical team and the client, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements. Technical Solution Managers often coordinate resources, manage project timelines, and provide technical expertise to deliver successful outcomes.
