You will bring structure and momentum to customer engagements by developing project plans, coordinating technical resources, and maintaining alignment across customers, delivery teams, and account stakeholders. Your work helps customers move efficiently from kickoff to adoption while maintaining a high level of engagement and transparency throughout the engagement lifecycle.

You will act as the operational lead for customer engagements, orchestrating work across technical delivery teams while helping customers prioritize and execute initiatives that drive platform adoption.

  • Develop and maintain project plans outlining milestones, timelines, and responsibilities

  • Work with customers to identify and maintain a backlog of technical initiatives that support platform adoption

  • Coordinate internal scoping and execution with Service Delivery Engineers and Service Delivery Architects

  • Monitor services utilization and ensure engagements remain aligned with contracted scope

  • Surface delivery risks early and coordinate resources to resolve blockers

  • Partner with Sales and account teams to ensure delivery engagements align with broader account priorities

Requirements:
  • 5 years min experience in project management, professional services delivery, technical program management, or similar roles in a SaaS or technical services environment

  • Experience building and managing project plans for technical or software implementation projects

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements and coordinate work across technical stakeholders

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working with technical teams and customers in SaaS, data infrastructure, or developer-focused environments

  • Comfortable bringing structure and momentum to complex technical engagements where priorities may evolve

Preferred:
  • Experience working with data platforms or data engineering-focused products

  • Background as a Technical Project Manager, Professional Services Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Manager

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $130,000 - $140,000 based on leveling and geography, plus bonus, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package. This range is merely an estimate; actual compensation may deviate from this range based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
