Due to our expansion, we are currently seeking a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will focus on developing a territory based sales team and growing our market share in the region. You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring and developing a sales team and working closely with them to achieve their expected business results and customer satisfaction with our products and solutions. What you will do:

You will facilitate training and guidance not limited to the following: sales and program training for all solutions, introducing new products and solutions, sales promotions, customer care, contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation. You will work with your team to promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referral sources. You will be responsible for attending meetings with your team members, ensuring their understanding of programs and managing expected business results. You will manage a portfolio of accounts and you will be responsible for account management and achieving expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.

Compensation and Benefits:


The position offers a compensation package that includes a guarantee, uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. Total compensation ranges from $100,000 to $250,000. We also offer multiple contests throughout the year, incentive trips, opportunities to attend professional sporting events, and a full fringe benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO and holidays and a 401k with a generous company match. We also receive a vehicle allowance, expense allowances and smart phone allowance for company business.

Qualifications for success:

We are looking for a high energy professional with document solutions industry experience who has a proven track record of success managing a territory, mentoring others, and exceeding expected business results. 3-5 years of experience working in the document solutions industry in a Sales or Sales Management position is highly preferred. We're looking for someone who can lead a team, who is positive and self-motivated and a good problem solver.
