• Run project delivery for an AI-related product/use case from kickoff through execution
• Manage work in 2-week sprint cycles
• Coordinate recurring business demos/check-ins
• Translate technical updates, blockers, and engineering language into business-friendly communication
• Translate business needs/feedback back to the engineering team
• Drive follow-up across cross-functional groups
• Keep execution moving in a fast-paced / iterative environment
• Coordinate with offshore team members, including early calls and cross-time-zone collaboration
• Support roadmap execution, milestone tracking, issue management, and stakeholder alignment
• Help shape the delivery approach with a product mindset, not just traditional task tracking
• Partner with finance/business users in an early-stage AI implementation where requirements may evolve
• Manage project communications, delivery rhythm, and stakeholder expectations
• Ability to work across business and engineering
• Strong communication / translation skills
• Agile / sprint-based delivery experience
• Product mindset or comfort operating in a more product-style delivery model
