As the Manager of this team, you will hire, lead, coach, inspire and develop a team of Technical Program/Project Managers that are tasked with driving complex projects across our Claris platform, responsible for delivering exciting features while continuing to meet our tight deadlines and high quality levels.","responsibilities":"Establish project/program practice, develop and manage a team of Technical Project/Program Managers (TPMs)
Oversee the program management of various lines of Claris products, ensuring successful, hi-quality releases.
Establish and lead the operating cadence that coordinates the full value chain for product initiatives, managing dependencies from initiation through completion, and tracking realized benefits against intended outcomes after launch.
Champion a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration within the team, fostering a high-performance environment focused on delivering impactful solutions for customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop actionable solutions in the GenAI space.

Minimum Qualifications

Extensive expertise in managing processes across the software development lifecycle with a focus on metrics and efficiency.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $212,600 and $319,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
