Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires a balance of strong project management skills and foundational technical understanding..
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through closure
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
• Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall execution, ensuring adherence to established processes
• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues, with proactive mitigation strategies
• Provide regular status reporting, including progress, risks, and key metrics
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and effective communication across all levels
• Oversee resource planning and allocation
• Monitor and manage project budgets and forecasts
• Facilitate change management and scope control
• Ensure quality delivery aligned with business and technical expectations
• Collaborating with other project managers while working on a large program
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager for mid-to-large IT technology projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience working with technical teams (developers, architects, QA)
