Enterprise Precast Concrete is the nation’s premier provider of high quality architectural precast components for decades. We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager looking to contribute to the continued success and growth of our company.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of assigned projects
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Track and report project performance metrics to management
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
