Job Description
Our client is a leading Telecommunications company seeking a full time Technical Project Manager (TPM). The TPM is will ensure the technical solution design supports the client product requirements during data analysis, configuration, and testing. This role represents the client during internal planning and development to ensure the most efficient delivery with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Consults with project team members to work towards defining the client deliverable and then manages technical resources and project tasks to deliver on those projects.
โ€ข Document functional and technical specifications for the project
โ€ข Communicate and coordinate requirements across cross-functional team to ensure common message on product expectations for internal development
โ€ข Identify issues and risks and raise them appropriately
โ€ข Enforce contractual scope with the client
โ€ข Manage the client relationship and set customer expectations before and during project and implementations overall client project plan and timeline
โ€ข Delivery of status reports to each client and to internal teams including senior management
โ€ข Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
โ€ข Successfully manage the transition of clients from deployment to account management/support
โ€ข Identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures as required
Qualifications
โ€ข 3-5 years of experience, project manager
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or higher education credentials are required
โ€ข Clear thinker and problem solver with ability to conceptualize and articulate multi-dimensional problems
โ€ข Solid facilitation and coordination skills across diverse teams
โ€ข Experience working with data in formats like Excel, CSV, XML
โ€ข Experience interfacing with external clients and good verbal and written communication skills
