Job Summary:
Rapid Response Monitoring is a national leader in the monitoring of alarms and security systems. We are seeking a highly technical Project Manager to lead critical and complex projects, requiring a strong foundation in software development practices and the ability to translate strategic business goals into structured technical execution.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with engineering and business teams to define clear project scope, technical requirements, timelines, and measurable deliverables.
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and outcomes.
• Apply structured software delivery practices and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches) based on project needs.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate technical and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in technical planning, design discussions, and architecture reviews to maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drive accountability by tracking progress, removing blockers, and ensuring consistent execution across teams.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Demonstrated experience managing software development or IT projects from initiation through delivery.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand system architecture, technical workflows, and commercial software applications.
• Familiarity with modern development ecosystems, including programming languages or JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).
• Working knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

• Project Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years leading end-to-end project delivery involving complex technical requirements.

Preferred:
