Job Title: Technical Project Manager MMIS Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract Experience: 5+ years in Project Management Job Overview Our client, a leading state health and human services agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) team. The Sr. PM will manage projects across multiple workstreams - from operations to technical solutions - including writing RFPs and RFQs, developing and managing contracts, overseeing vendors, and developing financial requests to fund projects. Key Responsibilities Work with business and IT management to document business cases for technical initiatives Create and manage Business Cases, Project Proposals, Federal and State Funding Requests, RFPs, and RFQs Contribute to the creation and maintenance of MMIS Advanced Planning Document (APD) iterations Ensure all projects have project plans, risk/issues lists, and SharePoint documentation sites Coordinate resource support across Business Analysis, SQA, and Development teams Manage project scope and track changes through MMIS Change Advisory Board (CAB) Serve as primary contact for critical IT initiatives from initiation through closure
