Position Summary...We are seeking a Distinguished Technical Program Manager to establish and lead the operating mechanisms that connect technology strategy to execution across the organization. This leader will partner closely with senior technology and business executives to define planning frameworks, manage strategic roadmaps, measure outcomes, and ensure consistent execution through disciplined operating rhythms.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can translate complex technical strategies into measurable goals, scalable planning processes, and transparent reporting mechanisms. They will serve as the connective tissue across technology leadership, engineering teams, product organizations, finance partners, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment from long-term strategy through day-to-day execution.
