Job description

Revelare Networks is seeking a highly organized and technically minded Product Manager / Project Manager to lead the continued evolution of the AVOID product while coordinating execution of a multi-workstream government contract. This hybrid role splits time approximately 50/50 between defining product direction for AVOID and managing delivery across five Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate enjoys working across engineering, customers, leadership, and external partners to transform customer needs into delivered capabilities. DoW requires this position be filled by U.S. citizen living and working in the U.S.

Requirements

Product Manager - AVOID (50%)

• Own the product roadmap for AVOID in collaboration with company leadership.

• Gather and prioritize customer requirements from DoD, DHS, commercial, and partner organizations.

• Translate operational needs into clear product requirements and engineering user stories.

• Work closely with software, hardware, and data engineering teams throughout development.

• Prioritize features based on customer value, technical complexity, and strategic objectives.

• Coordinate beta programs, field trials, and customer feedback activities.

• Define product release plans and communicate new capabilities internally and externally.

• Support demonstrations, customer briefings, and technical proposals.

• Help shape long-term product strategy and competitive positioning.

• Maintain product documentation and the prioritized feature backlog.

Project Manager - Government Contract (50%)

• Manage execution of a government contract consisting of five concurrent Statements of Work.

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across all workstreams.

• Track milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

• Coordinate internal engineering resources and external subcontractors.

• Lead recurring project status meetings.

• Ensure contractual deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

• Prepare customer status reports, technical progress reports, and leadership briefings.

• Identify schedule or technical risks early and develop mitigation plans.

• Coordinate contract modifications and task planning as required.

• Maintain action-item, decision, and risk registers.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Five or more years of experience in product management, project management, or technical program management.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.

• Ability to manage multiple complex efforts simultaneously and to hold schedule and budget constraints.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communcation skills, able to assemble input from multiple contributors into a single clear, high-quality technical or status report. .

• Experience working directly with government customers or government-funded projects.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. (Must be U.S. citizen.)

Preferred

• Experience with wireless communications, LTE/5G, networking, cybersecurity, or telecommunications.

• Familiarity with Agile software development.

• PMP, Scrum Product Owner, or Scrum Master certification.

• Experience with DoD acquisition or government contracts.

• Experience using project management tools such as Asana.

• Prior experience in a small-company environment where product and program responsibilities overlap.

• Active or recently active security clearance.
