Job description

We are seeking a qualified Program Manager (PM) to manage non-personal security, administrative, and safety operations support services across Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), supporting the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) and Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) Headquarters.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily workflows, tasks, and scheduling for prime and subcontractor personnel across multiple facilities. Ensure continuous operational coverage.
  • Complete initial site orientation on local system configurations (e.g., Lenel, DISS) and assume sole responsibility for training subsequent contract personnel.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Contractor Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to achieve required security outcomes.
  • Manage shift scheduling, verify workforce qualifications, and submit required documentation to the COR. Provide updated personnel rosters monthly.
  • Ensure immediate retrieval of all Government-issued items (badges, property, keys) within 24 hours of any employee's departure.

Requirements


  • Must be a United States citizen and must possess and maintain an active SECRET personnel security clearance.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Baseline proficiency with standard security tracking tools (e.g., DISS) and Microsoft Office Suite / SharePoint.
