Job Description GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: At Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., our mission is to deliver innovative solutions that support national and international security. The Program Integrator will work closely with cross-functional teams, product lines, and key stakeholders to ensure successful program execution. Your focus will be on program integration during key phases such as program startup, and early execution, contributing to the delivery of critical defense systems. This position involves coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders, addressing unique challenges, and delivering innovative solutions to meet program objectives. You will support the implementation of program management best practices, maintain execution cadence, and ensure contract deliverables and reporting requirements are met. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Execute daily program cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments * Utilize a robust set of program metrics that accurately measure progress, identifies potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action; lead development of situational awareness charts and performance assessments to enable program success drivers by program leadership teams * Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, and Corporate and Business policies and procedures * Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations * Meet business and contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations * Capture and track program actions with support from owners to ensure timely closure of actions * Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits Experience and Skills KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: * Experience working on a large, complex program * Experience supporting programs with numerous suppliers * Working knowledge of contract formation and execution EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience is required * Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems * Experience with cross-functional team execution to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions * Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages for management review. * The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance * U.S. citizenship is required * Active Secret Clearance WORK ENVIROMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Environment: Office and laboratory settings, requiring occasional use of PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes).
