Position: Technical Program Manager – Software Delivery
Location: Remote (East Coast preferred)
Duration: Longterm


Requirement:
We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager with strong hands-on software delivery experience to lead complex enterprise technology programs across engineering, product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams.


Required Skills:

  • 10+ years in Technical Program Management, Software Engineering, or Technical Product Delivery
  • Strong SDLC knowledge including system design, architecture reviews, CI/CD, and cloud-native applications
  • Experience managing large-scale programs with distributed engineering teams
  • Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery expertise
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical and delivery bottlenecks


Preferred:

  • Healthcare technology experience (payer, provider, HIPAA, HL7/FHIR)
  • Prior hands-on experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Architect
    Experience working with offshore/nearshore delivery teams
