Job description

Our Program Management team is expanding and looking to add a Program Manager. We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate who is interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector.

Program Manager oversees projects within a program to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets; leads program team and inter-departmental functions to achieve on-time completion of customer and Minth requirements; meets with program team members on a regular basis to review program status and plan future actions. Other duties include:

  • Identify customer and Minth program deliverables, requirements, objectives, quality standards and timing requirements and communicate and update program status to the program team functions, our customer, and management
  • Maintain and manage master program timing
  • Ensure compliance with the Minth Program Management Gateway system
  • Generate and obtain program budget approval and track ongoing program costs
  • Assure program budget conformance to margin, tooling, capital, and development costs
  • Communicate program financial issues to the Account Manager for resolution with the customer
  • Chair regularly scheduled program review meetings
  • Delegate deliverables to the program team
  • Support product design activities as defined by the program team; the customer as a product team member. Support early product build events and Assembly Plant product launches
  • Assure APQP requirements are met on each program and adhere to established TS-16949 standards and Minth Americas policies


To qualify for this role you must meet the following:

  • A technical degree and a minimum of 3 years of work experience in program management or a related field
  • Program Management Certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of risk management by assessing project risks by reviewing master program timing, control timing as well as program performance, reliability, manufacturability and market competitiveness
  • Use of optimization modeling for status reviews
  • Minimum 3 years analyzing company financial statements and regression models as well as generating and controlling program budgets to ensure conformance to margins, tooling, capital and development costs
  • Minimum 3 years experience with full-cycle automotive engineering design concepts: research, design requirement, feasibility, conceptualization, preliminary design, detailed design, design for manufacturability and production planning
  • MINTH Products experience preferred
  • Knowledge of customer procedures and expectations
  • Experience with the Launch of Automotive OEM or Tier 1 suppliers' products
