Job Description:

Articulate technology and product positioning to both executive business and technical users

Understand technical requirements & formulate design

Proposal, RFP & RFI ideation, estimation and scoping

Capture technical requirements and architecture of a customer's system, estimate efforts & source appropriate team members based on skills.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the engagement

Must be able to deliver high quality on multiple programs at the same time

Experience, Skills

Minimum 12+ years delivering enterprise technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies

Minimum 3+ year in Hospitality or Travel domain

Management of programs larger than $5 million annual revenue both from US and India

Must have led teams greater than 50 to meet delivery goals, objectives, SLAs and KPIs

Candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in technical problem solving and high customer satisfaction

Must have excellent business, analytical and financial acumen

Proven experience leading agile teams to deliver within schedule and cost expectations

Comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere with a rapidly expanding business climate

Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, proposals & SOW's

Organized and able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches

BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related
