Job Summary:
Suncap Technology is seeking a Technical Program Manager for a contract position. The role involves leading cross-organizational activities to execute high-priority programs and collaborating with various functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Leads cross organizational / cross geographical activities to drive execution of high priority program
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members that include the following functions: Hardware & Services Product management, Engineering (hardware and software), Design, Quality, Customer Support, etc
• Create a program level view of all workstreams, understand milestones, dependencies, risks, etc; be prepared to report on progress, raise awareness of issues as appropriate (know when is the right time to escalate)
• Ensure all projects have clear milestones, owners and execute on time, with high quality, through excellence in program management
• Work across teams to resolve issues, using teamwork and problem solving skills
• Communicate regular updates on program progress, issues, risks and performance to all levels of management
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames
• Expert level of planning, project management and change management skills.
• Strong presentation & communication skills. Ability to negotiate and influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus.
• Experience preparing and delivering content for senior executive levels of the organization (more preparing than delivering)
• Ability to work across all levels of the organization and work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to understand and apply organization strategy to the program
• Strong team membership, professionalism & collaborative mindset with a positive, can do attitude
• Typically 8-10+ years experience demonstrating a mastery of Business Management
• PgMP, PMP or other program/project management related certification
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree with MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Desired: recent experience executing a high priority, high visibility, company-wide program
• Desired: Passion for Sustainability & Circular Economy practices
