Key Responsibilities:

  • Program & Project Management:
    • Plan, execute, and monitor multiple technical programs and projects across teams.
    • Define scope, goals, and deliverables while managing risks, dependencies, and constraints.
    • Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies for efficient execution.
       
  • Cloud & Platform Expertise:
    • Lead initiatives involving Microsoft Azure, ensuring best practices for cloud architecture, security, and governance.
    • Strong knowledge of Azure architecture, cloud security, networking, and virtualization concepts. 
    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation.
    • Familiarity with ITIL/ ITSM and project management tools.
    • AZ-305 certification is required.
    • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
       
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management:
    • Act as a bridge between business, development, and operations teams.
    • Communicate project updates, risks, and resolutions effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
    • Work closely with engineers, architects, and product managers to drive technical excellence
       
  • Process Improvement & Governance:
    • Define KPIs and metrics to track progress and success.
    • Establish and improve operational processes using ITIL best practices and automation through ServiceNow.
    • Optimize cloud cost management and resource utilization on Azure

Requirements

  • Experience: preferably 11-15 years in IT with at least 5+ years in Technical Program Management or Project Management role for Azure-based projects.
  • Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of Azure architecture, cloud security, networking, and virtualization concepts.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Familiarity with ITIL/ ITSM and project management tools.
  • Technical Understanding: Experience with  DevOps  principles and tools in an Azure environment, including  Azure DevOps ,  CI/CD pipelines , and  automation frameworks.
  • Tools & Technologies: Azure DevOps, ITIL frameworks, and relevant cloud & ITSM tools.
