Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") managing full product development lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through design, verification, and launch using structured processes aligned with industry standards such as a Stage-Gate or APQP. DE planning and coordinating early-stage product development activities including concept initiation, hypothesis validation, proof-of-concept builds, and prototype iterations to support feasibility assessment and inform downstream development phases. DE applying advanced project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid), and proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, confluence, and OneNote for planning, documenting, progress tracking, and dependency management across complex product development initiatives. DE coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple engineering and business domains to deliver integrated product solutions and meet performance, cost, timing, and targets. DE navigating organizational complexity and influencing functional silos to align priorities, foster collaboration, and drive clarity in high-ambiguity environments for diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and senior leadership.
