Team Overview
MicroVision is seeking an experiencedLaunch Program Manager in Orlando, FL.The Launch Program Manager will work on-site with our operations, purchasing, quality and supply chain team to provide daily support for program deliverables to assure a successful launch of MicroVision supplied products. Launch Program Manager will also work closely with the program teams to drive execution and meet program timing for all production deliverables for the program.
Responsibilities
  • Define Launch project schedule and drive team to meet milestones and deliverables for new products.

  • Drive weekly Launch meetings to monitor and assure robustness and timing of launch deliverables.

  • Work collaboratively with Program Manager to assure alignment of deliverables and timing of deliverables.

  • Escalate risks of deliverables and timing impacting program.

  • Assure Safe launch plan is defined and executed.

  • Track KPIs such as timing, performance, quality, cost, etc

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in an Engineering or Technical related field

  • 3+ years' experience in program or launch management related roles

Preferred Qualifications
  • AIAG, Program Management Certification, APQP
